Cancellation conditions
Check-In / Check-Out Policy
Rooms will be available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
No Show
In case of no show, the total cost of the original stay and any previously contracted extras will be charged.
Extension of Stay
If an agreement is made to extend the stay at the hotel, the full amount of the initial or previous reservation must be paid. The stay cannot be extended if there are any outstanding invoices from previous stays.
Long Stay
Every 7 days at the latest, or when the invoice exceeds €300, all expenses incurred for services provided by the hotel must be paid.
Use of Green Fee
The green fee is personal and non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for another service, and its usage period cannot be extended after check-out. It may not be used by other hotel guests or by non-resident clients. It is not valid for competitions.
Cancellation penalty
- Cancelling booking from 2025-12-09T00:00 at 00:00 will have a penalty of 200

Conditions
The payment of the stay will be processed automatically or once at the hotel according to the conditions chosen during the reservation. However, if the accommodation is not paid for, this will be done upon arrival at the hotel.
Any extensions of stay made directly at the hotel will be paid for at the counter.
Please note that check in time is from 3:00pm, check out time is at 12:00pm.
The Green Free promotion involves 100% prepayment, is non-refundable and does not accept cancellations.
All Greenfees are for strict personal use and non-transferable to other guests.
